Overview
We\'re seeking an experienced multifamily superintendent to oversee apartment construction and renovation projects in the Boise market. You\'ll manage on-site operations for mid to large-scale residential developments, coordinate multiple trades, ensure quality standards, and keep projects on schedule and budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional with strong multifamily construction experience and proven ability to deliver quality results. What you\'ll do
Direct daily construction operations on apartment projects (new construction and renovations) Manage crews, trades coordination, schedules, and project budgets Oversee quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance Liaise with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Track progress against timelines and manage change orders Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders What we\'re looking for
5+ years of superintending experience on multifamily construction or renovations Proven track record managing projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and best practices Excellent crew and trade management abilities Idaho driver\'s license and willingness to travel within Boise metro area General contractor license preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and problem-solving skills
