Job Overview
Golden Years is seeking a career‑minded, self‑motivated, energetic sales and marketing manager for our Home Care division. The ideal candidate is driven, acts independently, excels at creating new contacts, and is responsible for submitting weekly reports, tracking referral source development, obtaining and closing leads, running events, and managing his/her own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Submit weekly reports
Track referral source development
Obtain and close leads
Run events and coordinate logistics
Manage personal schedule
Participate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies
Prepare internal and external documents
Manage office supplies and marketing materials
Schedule and manage employee schedules
Skills & Qualifications
Cold calling (tolerance or experience)
Relationship development
Qualifying referral sources
Time management
Networking and network marketing
Event coordination
Public speaking
Handles rejection well
Results oriented
Transportation
Full time/part time (self‑determined)
Submitting reports
Sales and marketing experience or marketing degree/business development background
Strong writing skills
Strong computer skills
Fast and accurate data entry; proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Self‑starter and independent producer
Social media marketing experience (plus)
Highly organized, polished professional image, no ego issues, resilient under pressure
