Position Senior Customer Relations Training Specialist
What You’ll Do
Assist training in all key areas of the Customer Relations department, delivering training to new hires, temporary employees, and existing staff.
Develop annual programs and teaching plans for all employees.
Support onboarding and training for Customer Relations personnel.
Coordinate with team members, fellow trainers, technical writers, and the Training Manager to meet training needs.
Identify future training needs and create curricula with guidance from the Customer Relations Supervisor to facilitate training.
Improve policies, procedures, and processes; draft documents and reports within Customer Relations and implement optimal solutions; measure improvements.
Who You Are
B.S. or B.A. preferred
2-4+ years of experience in a training environment
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; able to present information to individuals and groups at multiple levels
Reliable attendance and flexibility for occasional later shifts
Strong computer skills (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, etc.)
Proven experience training others; experience designing training events in a corporate setting with technical writing skills
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations)
Strong planning, problem-solving, and project management skills; detail-oriented and organized
Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and time management
Physical Requirements
Computer use: typing, mouse work, and extended computer use
Hand use: regular hand use for various tasks
Hearing: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
Lifting and carrying: up to 40 pounds
Phone use: ability to talk on the phone and operate a computer and phone system
Compensation Hourly rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate is $28. Actual compensation varies by location, level, experience, and skills. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation; ask your recruiter for details.
