
Packaging Designer — Food & Restaurant Industry

We design, source, and deliver packaging across all substrates (paper, plastic, foam, metal, and fiber), backed by in‑house testing, rapid prototyping, and a nationwide warehouse network.
We’re looking for a
Packaging Designer
to join our team and help bring packaging concepts to life—from ideation through production—while balancing brand, functionality, and real‑world performance.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop packaging across formats: cups, containers, boxes, wraps, bags, trays, and specialty items
Support new product launches, LTOs, and brand rollouts with speed and accuracy
Translate brand identity into functional, manufacturable packaging solutions
Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercialization, procurement, and operations teams
Create mockups, dielines, and prototypes for internal review and customer presentations
Partner with vendors and print suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency
Ensure all packaging meets food safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to sustainable packaging initiatives and material transitions
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of packaging design experience (foodservice, restaurant, or CPG preferred)
Strong understanding of packaging structures, materials, and performance (heat, moisture, grease)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with ArtiosCAD, TOPS, or other structural design tools is a plus
Ability to manage large SKU counts and complex packaging systems
Detail‑oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight timelines
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with sustainable/eco‑friendly packaging materials and certifications
Familiarity with delivery/tamper‑evident packaging (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
Exposure to retail or direct‑to‑consumer food packaging
Background in brand identity or campaign design
