Job Description The Marketing Manager I/II, Oncology is responsible for designing, supporting the development and implementation of personal promotion HCP marketing plans and programs needed to accelerate the growth of ELAHERE. Additionally, you will:

Work in a team-based environment to lead the development and execution of strategies and implementation of tactics to support more patients and position ELAHERE for success now and in the future

Foster positive working relationships with the entire ELAHERE brand marketing team, sales force, medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross-franchise marketing teams

Work with various agencies and consultants, key opinion leaders, and co‑marketing partners to successfully drive the business and achieve business goals

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute unique and tailored solutions along the HCP continuum that will support the brand strategic priorities

Execute high‑impact go‑to‑market strategies that are innovative, executable, and clinically/financially supported to drive disease‑state awareness and brand preference

Understand and integrate customer feedback and research insights, monitoring progress against brand milestones to make strategic recommendations for optimal brand performance

Own the end‑to‑end tactical resource execution while collaborating with external agency partners and internal cross‑functional groups, including material reviewers (regulatory, compliance, medical, and editorial) to ensure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material

Manage Tier 1 congress strategy for the ELAHERE brand marketing team in alignment at the enterprise level while supporting strategic brand objectives

Evaluate the effectiveness of campaign strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives

Identify problems proactively and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation

Effectively track and manage marketing budget for area of responsibility

Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high‑quality work product in a timely fashion

Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate

Think innovatively regarding the application of new technologies to marketing, particularly within a regulated environment

Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of marketing programs

Apply marketing concepts in the development of marketing plans and programs including brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, marketing objectives/strategies, patient segmentation, etc.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Medical/Pharmacology related field

Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills

Communicate clearly and concisely with several types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verbally

Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow‑through

Preferred Qualifications

MBA

Previous marketing experience of 4+ years in brand marketing/consumer promotion or equivalent experience with complex project management responsibility in medical/scientific function

Key AbbVie Competencies

Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and influencing others

Efficient project management and communication capabilities along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Knowledge of market trends and competitive practices

Execution of Goal Plan, AbbVie Ways of Working with associated Leadership Attributes

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
