
Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will lead brand-driven marketing initiatives within our technology-focused business, with a strong emphasis on elevating brand awareness and market presence. This role is responsible for developing compelling technical content, supporting product launches from a brand and messaging perspective, and partnering closely with sales and production teams to drive growth.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Define and drive the overall marketing strategy, including go-to-market planning, audience segmentation, and long-term brand growth initiatives
Own brand positioning, voice, and messaging across all channels
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for non-technical audiences
Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, social, events, and PR)
Partner with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand representation
Manage content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign assets
Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Analyze campaign performance and brand metrics to inform strategy and optimization
Manage external agencies, designers, and content creators as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand, content, or integrated marketing
Experience in a technology, SaaS, or technical environment preferred
Strong storytelling and messaging skills, especially for complex or technical subjects
Proven ability to build and scale brand presence across multiple channels
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Preferred Skills
Experience with B2B marketing and go-to-market strategies
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
Background working with technical teams or products
