Main Responsibilities Communications Planning and Execution

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints to drive cohesive and impactful messaging and trademark consistency in all communications

Support the SBM on volume forecasting, fiscal year budget planning/tracking and overall brand planning with interagency teams

Lead agency partners in creative development, asset development and execution of consumer and shopper activation

Participate in brand planning and overall communication planning with IAT

Set and track KPIs, offering recommendations for optimization of plans/assets

Cross functional Leadership and self-management

Comfortable with multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment

Engage inter‑departmental teams (Trade marketing, Category Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Legal) to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives

Drive integrated agency management, creating strong collaboration and a positive culture. Work with agencies on all‑year‑round and tentpole programs, ensuring deadlines are met and strategic measurement processes are in place. Interface regularly with creative, media, PR/social/influencer, shopper, and e‑commerce agencies to ensure successful short‑ and long‑term executions

Product Management

Support commercialization of product launches with key cross‑functional departments and work with internal design team and agency partners to prepare for launch

Assist in qualitative and quantitative market research— from briefing through to interpreting results and making recommendations of innovations

Work closely with Category Management and Trade Marketing to develop compelling sell‑in stories and toolkits to ensure customer acceptance of innovation

Manage financial documentation incl. vendor set‑up and PO requests

Coordinate new vendor setup and purchase order requisitions, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Scopes of Work (SOW) and Insertion Orders (IO) with legal, finance and procurement teams

Partner with IRI, sales and omni teams and deliver assets to ensure new products are correctly set up for sales tracking and e‑commerce prior to launch (imagery, nutritionals, UPCs, omni content, etc.)

About You

Bachelor’s degree preferably in business/economics/marketing; Master’s degree is a plus

4+ years of successful experience in FMCG brand management, ideally in Food

Experience working with syndicated databases (e.g., IRI Circana, AC Nielsen) and analyzing data trends to story‑tell

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines

Solid project‑management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment to achieve brand objectives and goals

Well‑versed in business forecasting and budget management

Knowledge of key trade channels (Convenience, Food, Drug, Mass, Club, e‑Com)

P&L management and global marketing experience is a plus

Experience in digital marketing, content development and managing agencies is a plus

Experience working with global teams is a plus

Benefits The base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $143,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
