Responsibilities

Videography & Photography – Shoot OTT and FTP commercial-quality content in multiple formats within short time frames and meet tight deadlines.

Capture high‑quality photos and videos showcasing vehicles, dealership events, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Create video ads, reels, and short‑form content optimized for different platforms.

Work with the sales and service departments to highlight new inventory, promotions and dealership events through engaging visual storytelling.

Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media content (photo, video, and copy) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.

Design and schedule posts, reels, and stories to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Work closely with the marketing team, dealership managers, and sales team to align content with business goals.

Assist in advertising campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.

Conduct competitor research and suggest innovative content strategies.

Monitor and manage customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, and DealerRater.

Respond to customer inquiries and/or deliver them to appropriate internal team members in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to address negative reviews and enhance overall brand perception.

Implement strategies to encourage positive customer feedback and testimonials.

Perform any other tasks deemed necessary per Management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred).

1‑3 years of experience in social media management, videography, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.

Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).

Experience shooting high‑quality video and photography with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or high‑end smartphone setups.

Photography experience to execute high‑quality photos for social platforms, websites, and the ability to take and edit headshots for company personnel.

Ability to write compelling captions, scripts, and ad copy tailored to different audiences.

Familiarity with Google My Business, Yelp, DealerRater, and reputation management platforms.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Working Conditions

Work at a computer in an office setting with some time outdoors when creating content.

Use computer and video equipment most of the shift.

Interact with other employees, customers, and vendors.

May stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or reach during the shift.

May be exposed to noise, dust, and/or exhaust fumes.

Weekend and/or holiday hours will be required.
