Price Point Perfumes is a fast-growing fragrance company representing luxury brand

Orientica , a Dubai-born fragrance house known for its premium scents and elevated packaging. We operate across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels, with a strong focus on digital growth and marketplace expansion.

About the Role This role will manage all aspects of our e-commerce operations while leading marketing initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention. You will play a key role in launching and scaling our presence on platforms like Ulta Beauty Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other retailer platforms.

You’ll be working directly with leadership to help scale a luxury fragrance brand that’s expanding rapidly across retail and e-commerce.

Ecommerce Management

Own day-to-day management of Ulta Marketplace and TikTok Shop

Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, copy, and imagery

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent stock issues

Manage promotions, pricing updates, and product launches

Ensure all orders are processed, fulfilled, and tracked accurately

Marketplace Management

Lead onboarding and ongoing management of

Ulta Marketplace, Tik Tok Shop

Ensure compliance with retailer requirements (catalog, assets, fulfillment standards)

Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to grow sales

Coordinate with internal teams to meet launch timelines and merchandising needs

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across

email, paid ads, and social media

Manage

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads

and optimize for ROI

Oversee email marketing (Mailchimp or similar), including campaigns and automations

Collaborate on influencer and affiliate programs to drive traffic and awareness

Support TikTok Shop strategy and content direction

Analytics and Reporting

Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROAS

Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights

Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve performance Requirements/Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing (beauty or fashion preferred)

Strong experience with online marketplaces (Ulta, Amazon, etc.)

Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo

Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and conversion optimization

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
