Overview The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing the marketing engine—ensuring all campaigns, launches, and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned across teams.
This role brings structure, visibility, and accountability to a fast-scaling marketing organization, enabling leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring flawless execution across concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Project & Campaign Management
Own the marketing campaign calendar across all channels and teams
Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines for all marketing initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional projects including product launches, campaigns, and events
Ensure alignment between Marketing, Product, Sales, and external partners
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination across Growth, Product Marketing, and Strategy
Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder updates
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps
Event & Launch Management
Manage logistics and timelines for marketing events and field initiatives
Support go-to-market execution for product and feature launches
Ensure all deliverables (content, assets, campaigns) are completed on schedule
Process & Workflow Optimization
Own and manage project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Build and enforce standardized workflows, templates, and processes
Improve team efficiency, visibility, and execution consistency
Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in marketing project management or program management
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments preferred

Pay range: $85,000 - $90,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
