Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D animations for various projects, ensuring consistency with project requirements and style guides
Design original, engaging characters that align with project themes and narratives
Collaborate closely with other animators, designers, and project leads to refine concepts and deliver polished final assets
Participate in team meetings and provide creative input throughout the production process
Adapt to feedback and iterate on designs and animations as needed
Prepare assets for integration into production pipelines, ensuring technical compatibility
Skills And Requirements
Proficiency in 2D animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating character design and animation skills
Solid understanding of character anatomy, movement, and expression
Ability to work on-site in Boston; willingness to travel or relocate as required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Junior‑level experience or relevant academic background in animation or related field
