
Commercial Excellence Lead

An international organisation within the medical devices sector is looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead to support commercial strategy and performance through data-driven insights and analytics.
This is a key role partnering closely with commercial leadership, helping translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, optimise performance, and support growth in a highly dynamic market.
The Role You will act as the main point of contact for business intelligence, analytics, and sales operations topics, supporting commercial teams with high-quality insights and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making
Analysing sales, market, and customer data to identify growth opportunities
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using CRM and BI tools
Supporting forecasting, demand planning, and business planning processes
Driving segmentation, targeting strategies, and sales force effectiveness initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global BI
Managing external data providers and integrating multiple data sources
Supporting CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and user adoption
Your Profile
Experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations
Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment
Fluent in English and German
