The culture is results-oriented yet supportive, encouraging new ideas and ambitious career growth. 5+ years of experience in influencer performance marketing, preferably with beauty brands Proven track record managing omni-channel influencer and PR campaigns from strategy through execution Experience navigating platforms like LTK, ShopMy, TikTok, and other creator platforms for maximum partnership impact Demonstrated success in managing PR agency relationships and driving proactive results (PR agency management is critical) Advanced relationship-building and negotiation skills with influencers, agencies, and brand partners Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting performance metrics and optimizing for ROI - Experience with influencer and affiliate tools such as Tribe, Creator IQ, GRIN, LTK, ShopMy, Shopify Collabs Team leadership experience and strong cross-functional communication abilities Proficiency in media pitch and narrative development, event/activation planning, and editorial outreach In-office presence required in Frisco, Texas
