
Leasing & Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oxford, OH for a Leasing & Marketing Manager. The Leasing & Marketing Manager will oversee daily leasing operations, execute marketing strategies to attract prospective residents, and ensure resident retention by providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing property promotions, coordinating with the property management team, organizing resident events, maintaining social media platforms, and supporting a positive reputation.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service, ensuring tenant satisfaction and building long-term relationships Experience in Property Management and handling day-to-day operations efficiently Proven proficiency in Marketing, with experience developing and executing property promotion strategies Understanding of Student Housing, including knowledge of the unique needs of students and university communities Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead a team effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in property management software and other relevant tools is a plus Previous experience in a related role and/or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
