Responsibilities
Execute photography and videography, utilizing lighting, composition, and camera techniques to exceed client expectations.
Research and refine techniques to solve creative challenges; maintain an understanding of industry trends.
Provide technical guidance and creative direction to other team members.
Organize digital libraries, manage file storage, and ensure secure data handling.
Maintain a clean, efficient workspace and perform regular inventory and maintenance of all equipment.
Requirements
Advanced in photography, videography, and relevant editing tools
Bachelors degree in photography, video, media, or similar required
Ability to lead teams and manage collaborative projects.
Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, or media agency required
Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
