As a Product Manager in the Marketing Automation Platform Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Drive the development and enhancement of the Marketing Data Platform (MDP)
Champion the creation and integration of push channels, facilitating real‑time data delivery and engagement
Collaborate with engineering teams to leverage robust APIs, ensuring scalable and agentic solutions for data connectivity and automation
Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for platform innovation, focusing on maximizing customer value through advanced data capabilities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong technical alignment and understanding, particularly in data‑driven or marketing data environments
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to capture accurate requirements, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively across teams
Hands‑on experience with data ecosystems, including audience data, requirement gathering (epics, stories), and actionable execution; proficiency in deck building (PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI solutions is highly desirable
Passionate about meaningful work and able to fit seamlessly into a collaborative, innovative culture
