Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa Lake Norman is currently seeking a
results‑driven Assistant Manager
to help drive overall spa performance and growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead front‑desk operations and coach the sales associate team to build a high‑energy, client‑centric culture that drives membership growth and retention. Convert guests into members by identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and coaching the team on effective sales techniques, outreach strategies, and relationship‑building. Create and execute lead‑generation initiatives through local marketing, in‑spa promotions, digital and grassroots campaigns, and community outreach. Build strategic partnerships and collaborations, and identify new channels to consistently generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness. Educate clients on services, enhancements, retail products, and membership options to elevate their overall experience. Support administrative functions including scheduling, inventory management, performance tracking, sales reporting, and any ad‑hoc responsibilities assigned by the spa manager. Understand key performance metrics and proactively adapt strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, remaining flexible and available for evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications & Attributes

Experience in marketing, lead generation, and partnership development. Passion for health and wellness, with strong knowledge of massage and skincare services.
