Commercial HVAC Sales Professional

Compensation: $65K Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time
The role is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role targeting commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored HVAC solutions, and guide decision‑makers through replacement, retrofit, service, and maintenance investments.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and manage commercial HVAC sales opportunities
Build strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, contractors, and decision‑makers
Conduct site visits, assess system needs, and develop customized HVAC solutions
Prepare and present proposals, ROI analyses, and system recommendations
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams
Manage long sales cycles while maintaining consistent pipeline activity
Negotiate contracts and close profitable, long‑term agreements
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Qualifications
Commercial HVAC sales experience preferred [2 – 10 years proven track record]
B2B or technical solution sales experience required
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, service agreements, building automation, and capital projects a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and proposal software
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
