Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Bend, IN for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering personalized wealth management solutions, and providing advisory services. Core responsibilities include managing client portfolios, offering guidance on financial strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals. The position also requires regular interaction with clients to assess their needs, develop strategies for growth, and provide proactive investment insights.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management, communication, and client engagement skills

Experience with financial advisory, wealth management, and client portfolio strategies

Proficiency in financial planning, investment platforms, and market analysis

Proven ability to identify business opportunities and provide tailored financial solutions

Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Relevant certifications such as CFP®, CFA®, or similar credentials are highly desirable

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services
