What you’ll do
Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
Develop positive relationships with customers and team members.
Set sales goals and work to meet and surpass targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.
Provide concierge service by recommending dining, attractions and holiday packages.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Engage potential customers to determine their vacation needs and preferences.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing benefits of vacation packages.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service.
Implement Hilton’s sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to exchange strategies and foster collective achievements.

Qualifications
Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
Previous sales experience preferred (commission‑based in luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, solar, restaurants, or finance).
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Enthusiastic, can‑do personality.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales‑related software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year hospitality or customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work on‑site at Great Wolf Lodge.
