With more than 145 years as a family‑owned business, we have built a reputation as one of the best mechanical and fire protection contractors in the country. We are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Designer to support our Northeast Team in Fond du Lac, WI.
How You Will Contribute
Design automatic sprinkler systems using AutoCAD and AutoSprink.
Conduct on‑site field surveys.
Generate hydraulic calculations.
Submit drawings to obtain required building permits.
Coordinate 3D BIM using NavisWorks.
Prepare stock lists.
Ensure projects adhere to the proposed timeline.
Prepare project close‑out, operation, and maintenance documents.
Mentor and develop less experienced designers.
Qualifications
Degree in a design/drafting related program.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Mathematically and technically inclined to learn industry‑specific software and codes.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environment.
Commitment to exceptional customer service and meticulous execution.
Strong attention to detail.
