Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custom Closet Designer located in Phoenix, AZ. The Custom Closet Designer will collaborate with clients to create personalized storage solutions that align with their needs, style, and budget. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, designing functional and aesthetically pleasing storage systems using design software, and presenting design concepts to clients. The role also involves managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and working closely with installation teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
Proficiency in design software, space planning, and creating custom solutions
Strong visual and spatial awareness, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills
Proven customer service and client relationship management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Experience in interior design, home improvement, or related fields is a plus
Knowledge of construction and installation processes is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent; additional design certifications or education is a plus
