About the Role
We're looking for a
Social Media Specialist
to join a high-performing Customer Experience and Digital Marketing team at a large enterprise client in Houston. The role manages channel maintenance, content publishing, paid social, content review, and team training. Strong organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are critical.
What You'll Own
Manage and maintain all corporate social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Own the global content calendar — coordinating scheduling, workflows, and approvals across internal stakeholders
Ensure content is consistent, cohesive, and on‑brand across all platforms and product lines
Monitor social channels for brand sentiment, emerging issues, and audience insights; elevate risks and opportunities as needed
Paid Social & LinkedIn Advertising
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Develop and refine audience targeting, monitor performance, and deliver actionable reporting
Manage paid social across platforms with a focus on engagement, click‑through rates, and video performance
Employee Advocacy
Administer the employee advocacy platform via Sprout Social — curating content employees can share, reviewing submissions, and monitoring brand mentions
Drive engagement and participation across the organization
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs including engagement, CTR, and video metrics on a quarterly basis
Pull and synthesize analytics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
What We're Looking For
5–7 years
of social media management experience — must include scheduling, channel management, and paid social
Hands‑on experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics
Proven experience running LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paid social campaigns
Background in a large enterprise corporate environment strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable owning metrics and presenting performance data
Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
Passionate about the work, solutions‑oriented, and a self‑starter who can be productive quickly
Strong writing, editing, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools for content drafting, compliance checks, and workflow efficiency
Houston, TX | Onsite| Contract-to-Hire (6 Months) | $55–65/hr
