The Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition (NAHT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to combatting human trafficking and assisting survivors through rescue, restoration, and empowerment programs. NAHT focuses on eradicating human trafficking in Nashville and beyond. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the organization's mission, manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and oversee brand development. Responsibilities include creating and managing content for digital platforms, coordinating events and fundraisers, collaborating with internal teams, and fostering partnerships to raise awareness about anti-human trafficking efforts. The Marketing Manager will also analyze campaign performance, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and lead efforts to engage and grow NAHT’s community of supporters, donors, and volunteers. Qualifications
Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Development Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, and SEO Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Outreach to various stakeholders Organizational and Event Planning capabilities, including managing fundraising initiatives Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build partnerships Knowledge of human trafficking dynamics and a passion for social justice are highly valued Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure marketing campaign success Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Previous experience in the non-profit sector or social services is a plus
