The Healthcare Startup Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business by owning the full sales cycle—prospecting, relationship-building, closing, and handoff—within an assigned territory, promoting our client’s AI-driven chronic care management solution to specialty clinics. Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed sales targets Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract Conduct high-volume prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-ups Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, practice managers, and clinic administrators Navigate decision-makers, handle objections, and close deals efficiently Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales or other high-performance environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Ability to manage a full sales pipeline independently Comfortable with up to 80% travel CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) preferred
