based on experience You’ll plan the seminars that bring 50 families into the room — and follow up with every one of them. Elite Retirement Group is a growing independent retirement planning firm in central Wisconsin. Our educational events and community presence are how we build trust with families — and this role runs that engine. You’ll own event strategy and execution, manage prospect follow-up, and keep outreach and content efforts moving. This is a growth role, not a support role. What the work looks like: Plan and execute educational seminars, workshops, and client appreciation events — from venue logistics and invitations to materials and post-event follow-up. Track what's working and improve the next one. Follow up with prospects by phone and email. Keep CRM records clean and pipeline activity current. Support networking, referral, and outreach efforts that drive new client relationships. Coordinate content filming with the internal team. Help maintain the social media calendar and keep marketing initiatives on schedule. You're a fit if you: Are highly organized with strong follow-through. Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces without dropping any. Friendly, professional, and proactive — you don't wait to be asked. Experience with events, client service, outreach, or office coordination is a plus but not required.
