Senior Art Director
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
WGI’s Creative/Marketing Department is looking for a highly creative, concept‑driven designer to define and elevate the visual voice across all channels. The role blends visionary strategy with hands‑on production excellence in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and contribute to creative concepts and visual direction for internal campaigns and corporate marketing initiatives, translating business objectives into compelling brand stories while maintaining WGI brand standards.
Present creative concepts, internal campaigns, and design rationale to senior leadership, communicating clearly and refining work through constructive dialogue.
Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing team members to elevate creative output and foster a culture of innovation.
Design high‑impact graphics for digital, social, print, presentations, and corporate marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Create cohesive presentation templates for corporate, divisional, and HR initiatives.
Provide creative support for corporate collateral and video projects as needed.
Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital distribution, ensuring quality control and attention to detail.
Maintain organized creative assets and contribute to asset management systems to support efficiency and brand continuity.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually evolve WGI’s creative presence.
Lead creative execution without direct people‑management responsibilities.
Ensure creative excellence across projects independently while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications
10–15 years of professional experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, layout excellence, and brand‑driven design.
Strong problem‑solving skills and sound creative judgment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis; visa sponsorship not offered.
Additional Experience, a Plus
Experience designing corporate marketing materials within the AEC or professional services industries.
Photography and advanced image editing experience.
Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
Experience using Asana or similar work‑management software.
