Overview Develops and implements the Go-To-Market strategy and roll-out for a set of EBP fit‑for‑purpose offerings across the information analytics, service, consulting and delivery continuum, within the EBP USRBU.
Lead initiatives to codify, simplify and standardize offerings within the EBP portfolio.
Drive strategic commercial opportunity identification and the means to address these opportunities.
Partner with business and content leaders to determine how to select/create repeatable offerings, integrated offerings and offerings packages from existing solutions.
Recommend pricing models for new or existing products that are relevant for EBP and input to pricing/risk share models for packaged solutions.
Essential Functions
Drive strategic commercial opportunity identification, and means to address, including responsibility in line with the EBP business development plan and revenue goals.
Partner with business and content leaders to determine how to best create repeatable offerings from innovative solutions.
Translate innovative solutions into repeatable “fit‑for‑purpose” offerings.
Drive the creation of client-facing sales and marketing materials with the support of Marketing resources.
Evaluate training and process needs for Go-To-Market resources to successfully sell and deliver repeatable offerings.
Assess the need for funding for developing new assets, acquisitions and/or partner channels to accelerate portfolio expansion and market potential and work closely with leadership to secure funding.
Make trade-offs within and across business lines to ensure maximum opportunity and customer satisfaction.
Help set IQVIA strategic directions into offering management decisions for EBP clients.
Plan for new market opportunities.
Proactively shape and scope interdependencies with other business line stakeholders and functions and to achieve business line goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in marketing strategy, new offering creation, and launch.
In-depth knowledge of Healthcare, Lifesciences, and/or pharmaceutical industry.
Hard Skills: Strong understanding of Strategy, Analysis & Planning, Portfolio Optimization, Workshop Management, Customer Research, Presentation Development & Marketing.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal / collaboration / communications skills, attention to detail.
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $124,600.00 - $347,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
