Position Overview
Forge Truck Centers is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to partner with Revenue Leadership in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role requires a hands-on marketer who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels – owning planning, execution, and performance measurement across paid, earned, and owned media. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, direct digital media buying experience, social media experience (both paid and owned) and a proven ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Translate business goals into actionable, multi-channel marketing plans
Help define and evolve Forge Truck Centers’ brand positioning within the heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle market
Budgeting & Performance Management
Manage, and optimize the marketing budget, including forecasting, pacing, and variance reporting
Analyze and report on ROI across campaigns and channels, ensuring efficient allocation of spend
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks tied to business outcomes
Paid, Earned & Owned Media
Plan and manage integrated campaigns across paid (search, social, display), earned (PR, partnerships), and owned (website, email, content) channels
Execute and optimize digital media buying campaigns, including targeting, bidding, and creative testing
Oversee content and messaging strategies to support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention
Analytics & Reporting
Own marketing analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership
Track campaign performance, customer acquisition metrics, and channel effectiveness
Use data to inform decisions, test new strategies, and continuously improve results
Lead day-to-day campaign execution while maintaining a strategic perspective
Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
Manage external vendors, agencies, and media partners as needed
Qualifications Required
3–5 years of progressive marketing experience
Direct brand-side (in-house) marketing experience
Proven experience building and managing marketing budgets and forecasts, including ROI analysis, pacing, and variance reporting
Hands-on experience across paid, earned, and owned media channels
Direct experience with digital media buying (e.g., Google Ads, paid social, programmatic)
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in marketing data and performance measurement
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in B2B, trucking, transportation, heavy equipment, or industrial industries
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms

What We Offer
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience
This role is also eligible for an Annual Bonus Plan
