Overview
We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to work directly with our Marketing Manager as we scale our marketing function. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role—this is about launching new initiatives, exploring emerging markets, and shaping how JWF is positioned for growth.

What You\'ll Own Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence (organic content + paid campaigns)
Execute email marketing campaigns to customers, suppliers, and prospects
Drive SEO and AIO (AI Optimization) strategy to improve discoverability
Content & Communications
Maintain marketing materials library (sales sheets, presentations, case studies)
Draft press releases, presentations, and internal/external communications
Coordinate photography, videography, and design projects (working with vendors or creating in-house)
Update and maintain jwfi.com website content (working with the development team)
Events & Trade Shows
Coordinate logistics for conferences and trade shows (booth setup, materials, travel, vendor coordination)
Assist in communicating and executing internal employee events (safety celebrations, quarterly huddles, lunch and learns, etc.)
Brand & Creative Coordination
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
Coordinate design projects on your own and work with external designers when needed
What We're Looking For Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Technical proficiency: Canva and/or Adobe Suite, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
Digital marketing experience: LinkedIn (organic + paid), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar), basic SEO principles.
Strong familiarity with AI: Comfortable using AI for research and productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). Experience using AI for drafting copy, generating ideas, analyzing data, or automating tasks is a plus.
Project coordination: Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep things organized.
Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities, evolving strategies, and ambiguity.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with WordPress or website content management
Photography/videography skills or willingness to learn
B2B marketing or manufacturing industry familiarity
Graphic design beyond Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
