Overview Business Relationship Manager provides high‑touch, high‑tech relationship banking across all customer touchpoints, focusing on growth and customer well‑being.
Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation across C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products.
Collaborate with Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to develop and implement customer‑centric strategic marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintain thorough understanding of the bank’s credit policy and client eligibility to ensure accurate loan packages.
Participate in local and regional business functions; coordinate targeted campaigns and events.
Provide management input on current policies and competition practices.
Educate customers on digital platforms for banking and investing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record.
Strong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans, and industry‑focused lending.
In‑depth knowledge of banks, credit, deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferred.
Strong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting, and negotiating skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High energy, results‑oriented, and a team player.
Strong desire and capability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and customers to technology.
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Compensation Base pay range: USD $71,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year. Exact offers determined based on experience, skills, and location.
