15
years of experience in the
Cleveland
office.
We are a full-service design firm offering interior design, architecture, engineering, and landscape architecture. You will be an integral member of the design team working on all phases and aspects of our varied projects.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Interior Design program
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
NCIDQ Certification or the ability to become certified
Ability to develop, communicate, and present design concepts with the project team, to the client, and to outside vendors/agencies
Experience or interest in working on Commercial Workplace, Education, Hospitality and Healthcare projects
Experience using REVIT, BSD Speclink, SpecSources, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other related graphic software programs is expected
Current knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment; including industry standards for selection, procurement, and install management of such items
Experience in developing time management and organizational skills required to undertake multiple projects or facets of various projects; multi-tasking
Attention to deadlines is critical
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
In-office presence. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
Engage with the project team from programming/scope definition, design, and documentation through implementation
Collaborate with the project architect and other senior Interior Designers on all aspects of project delivery
Preparation of elements of project schematic / conceptual designs including: programmatic space plans, floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, floor finish plans and dimensional sketches required to convey design intent for in-house and client reviews
Render conceptual design ideas and prepare 2D and 3D presentation / design drawings
Preparation of working drawing contract documents, plans, details, schedules, technical specifications, FF&E specifications using Revit, BSD, Excel and other related software
Coordinate document requirements with design team and corresponding plan and drawings
Ability to attend on-site visits and field reviews, and provide direction to outside contractors and vendors if necessary
Development of technical / design solutions
Assist in design presentation development
Exceptional presentation skills
Revit/BIM modeling and project documentation
Follow project development and production standards
Continuous personal improvement and education
Ability to travel

Compensation range: $70,000 - $95,000
