Sr. Interior Designer

Responsibilities
This person will develop creative solutions for varied environments; participate in high-energy, collaborative teams; and implement overall design concepts, interior details and finish palettes through all phases of design.
As a Sr team member, the individual will take lead for design issues and will be responsible for all phases of the projects from programming, design development, and oversight of design intent during the construction document and construction administration phases.
One day remote per week
Essential Skills
10+ years’ commercial design experience, ideally with a focus on the Education (Higher Ed and K‑12) market.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior design, interior architecture or related field is a plus
Must be proficient with Archicad or Revit
The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, comfortable communicating with clients and an innovative problem solver.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00/yr.
Project completion based bonuses & end of year bonus (based on company performance). Typically the bonuses total are 15-18% of base salary.
3 weeks of vacation
1 week of personal time
