Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager-level Consultant to support the Digital Marketing & Analytics function. This role will act as a key bridge between senior leadership and execution teams, ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively translated into scalable, standardized operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with the ability to drive alignment, planning, and delivery across cross‑functional teams. 4–10 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and execution teams, converting strategic initiatives into actionable workstreams and delivery plans Lead Data Management & Governance efforts, including enterprise tagging, UTM standardization, and unified data models Support AI and Search initiatives (GEO/AEO), including pilot programs, scaling frameworks, and KPI tracking Oversee website and platform operations, including CMS workflows (AEM), release management, QA/UAT, and vendor coordination Enhance analytics and reporting frameworks using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and standardized dashboards Establish and optimize operating models, including intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and governance structures Coordinate with global business services (GBS) teams to ensure operational efficiency Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including marketing, digital experience, legal, privacy, and external agencies Qualifications
Required Skills & Tools
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master''s preferred) Experience across at least two of the following areas: Digital Marketing / MarTech Digital Strategy AI / GenAI / SEO / SEM Website Operations Analytics & Measurement Program / Project Management Prior experience in Client, eCommerce, or multi‑brand environments is preferred Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Analytics) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager AEM or similar CMS platforms Project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet SEO tools such as SEMrush Familiarity with PIM, DAM, and CRM systems is a plus Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills Ability to operate independently and drive execution at a managerial level Additional Information
This is a fully on‑site role based in Stamford, CT Local candidates or those open to immediate relocation are strongly preferred
