Ravosa Marine Services is Boston's leading full-service vessel management company, proudly based in Winthrop, MA. We specialize in boat sales, outboard service, storage, repowers, and marine transport — and we're passionate about helping our clients make the most of every season on the water. We're looking for a motivated individual or student intern to help grow our online presence and connect with our community.
We're hiring a part-time Social Media Coordinator or Intern to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to build a real-world marketing portfolio in a hands‑on, maritime environment. You'll work directly with the owner to showcase our services, share industry news, and highlight the work we do every day on the water.
Academic credit may be available for qualifying students — ask us about it!
What You'll Do
Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Photograph and film boats, services, and shop activity for posts and stories Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner Help grow our follower base and overall engagement Share boating tips, seasonal service reminders, and company updates Assist with promotions for new inventory, apparel, and seasonal services What We're Looking For
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools are a plus) Strong written communication and a friendly, professional tone Self-motivated and able to manage a content calendar independently Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus — but not required A passion for boating, the ocean, or the marine industry is a big bonus No prior professional experience necessary — we're happy to train the right person!
