Organic Chemist; Synthetic Chemist

We are seeking highly motivated
synthetic chemists (MS or Ph.D.)
to join our
synthetic chemistry team . Candidates with hands‑on experience in
custom synthesis and/or process scale‑up
are strongly preferred. Experience in complex molecule synthesis is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design and safely execute
synthetic routes and experiments
to deliver target molecules and intermediates
Conduct
custom synthesis and route development , including optimization and scale‑up when required
Apply
retrosynthetic analysis
to propose efficient and practical synthetic strategies
Analyze and interpret data
(e.g., NMR, LC‑MS, HPLC) and recommend next steps
Maintain
accurate and detailed experimental records
in laboratory notebooks or ELN systems
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality results
Collaborate effectively within a team environment to support
project and client objectives
Qualifications
MS or Ph.D. in
Organic Chemistry
or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in
synthetic organic chemistry , with a preference for
custom synthesis and/or scale‑up
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a fast‑paced environment
