
Portfolio Analyst

A leading SEC-registered investment advisor is expanding its Portfolio Management team to support a growing base of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
This is a high-impact role working directly alongside Portfolio Managers, Operations, and internal support teams—keeping portfolios running seamlessly while gaining exposure to sophisticated investment strategies.
Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate investment trades in partnership with Portfolio Managers and custodians
Track trades from initiation through settlement and resolve issues as needed
Coordinate execution of trades and corporate actions with internal teams and external counterparties
Monitor cash balances, liquidity needs, and funding activity across client accounts
Track pending wires and follow up on delayed or unprocessed transfersInitiate wires and manage transaction documentation, submission, and follow-ups
Review and help resolve discrepancies related to fees, commissions, and transactions
Support billing workflows, including confirming cash availability and payment instructions
Prepare and coordinate client reporting, including annual and ad hoc deliverablesAssist with onboarding new accounts, including account setup and documentation tracking
Partner across internal teams to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
Requirements
2+ years of experience in investment operations, portfolio administration, or wealth management
Experience with OMS platforms, custodial systems, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
