Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loan Originator position located in Cleveland, OH, focused on outside sales. The Loan Originator will develop and maintain client relationships, assess borrower financial needs, and guide clients through the mortgage loan process. Responsibilities include originating residential and commercial loans, explaining loan options, gathering necessary documentation, and collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals and closings.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Loan Origination and Loans
Experience in Underwriting and navigating the loan approval process
Knowledge of Mortgages and Finance principles
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant tools and software for loan processing
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Valid NMLS license or certification (required)
