Position Overview The Director, Global Affairs (Americas) will lead Take‑Two’s public policy activities across North and South America, developing and implementing legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies on a broad range of issues to support Take‑Two’s business.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with legal, business, communications, and product teams to provide strategic direction for policy positions.

Design and implement advocacy strategies with government representatives, regulatory officials and civil society.

Monitor, update, and advise on regulatory and legislative developments across North and South America to assist in product development and business priorities.

Develop and implement external public policy initiatives and advocacy programs.

Contribute to regulatory and governmental inquiries received in the U.S.

Represent Take‑Two in industry trade associations, discussions, meetings, and submissions.

Represent Take‑Two at industry trade events, legislative meetings, and other stakeholder gatherings.

Travel regularly to Washington, D.C. and elsewhere within the U.S. and Canada as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Public Policy, Public Administration or Political Science.

8+ years of experience in a public policy role, including significant work with governments, think tanks, civil society, industry trade associations and corporations.

Strong understanding of U.S. policy and decision‑making processes of legislative, regulatory bodies and NGOs.

Proven record of overseeing public policy programs, including issue management, campaign execution, coalition‑building, political action and critical communications.

Familiarity with media, entertainment, technology or other consumer‑facing businesses reliant on intellectual‑property protections.

Familiarity with online‑safety, age‑assurance, consumer‑protection, privacy, and AI laws worldwide and ability to identify emerging trends and develop forward‑looking strategies.

Experienced and engaging public speaker with keen intellect, excellent decision‑making skills and ability to influence at all levels, including senior management.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and to prioritize multiple matters simultaneously.

Experience partnering with industry trade associations in different geographies and advocating for Take‑Two’s interests.

Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to build consensus and drive change.

Genuine enthusiasm for the video‑games industry and strong teamwork qualities.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the U.S.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary in New York: $163,400–$241,820 per year (actual pay varies by market location and individual factors).
