Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a
mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate
to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters for a variety of clients.
The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States.
Qualifications
3 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
Strong writing, analytical and communication skills, positive attitude, and a great work ethic.
Excellent academic credentials and admission to, and in good standing with, the State Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.
Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $230,000 – $320,000 annually.
Base pay determined by experience, skills, and location.
Eligible for performance bonuses.
