
Portfolio Client Analyst – Nuveen Natural Capital

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Working with the Nuveen Natural Capital Client Service and Distribution team to create and progress sales plan with Nuveen distribution in each region/country.
Coordinate all deliverables for prospect meetings with Nuveen distribution.
Lead the development of investment presentations and coordinate compliance approval.
Track and progress investor feedback/interactions. – Assist with follow up from prospect and investor meetings.
Utilize SalesForce, Preqin, eVestment, and other applications to research target institutional prospects, globally.
Coordinate answers to general queries and DDQs from prospects and investors.
Coordinate client due diligence meetings and asset site tours. – Build knowledge of natural capital as an asset class, the Nuveen Natural Capital platform, strategies and mandates.
Liaise with Nuveen Marketing on Nuveen Natural Capital marketing materials.
Develop relationships with Nuveen distribution, product, marketing and client services as well as internal NNC relationships with business unit leaders and the broader Portfolio Management Team.
Maintain complete documentation for all product related activities and ensure they are saved in Sharefile.
Provide a progress log of client activity and feedback.
Implement internal team efficiencies, as appropriate.
Support broader Portfolio Management team initiatives.

Minimum of 2 years of institutional distribution or institutional client services experience
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with distribution and client service teams, prospects and investors
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Well versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Interest in specializing in natural capital
Display strong initiative

Base Pay Range: $104,000/yr – $130,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, internal peers, performance, business sector and location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
