This role will be responsible for delivering proactive, actionable financial analysis and insights to senior leadership and internal business partners. Perform financial analysis across business units related to budgets, planning, monthly results, and financial reporting Provide cross‑functional teams with financial reporting, KPIs, and detailed analysis to support business decisions Partner with internal teams to generate insights and influence business performance Prepare budgets, forecasts, and trend analyses Develop and improve financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Prepare ad hoc analyses and reporting for senior leadership Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a small-team, hands‑on environment
