Job Summary RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Part Time Benefits Specialist to work across the ACT Teams in Babylon & Medford, NY. This is a part time position – 21 hours per week.

Responsibilities The Benefits Specialist is responsible for ensuring clients have active health insurance and income sources. She/he participates in a shared caseload of clients enrolled on the ACT/FACT program roster. The Benefits Specialist will provide support based on program and agency needs as this is not a required ACT position.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Valid and clean NY State driver license

Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
