Real Estate Valuation Senior Associate

Real Estate Valuation Senior Associate – early to mid‑career professional with 2–6 years of experience, based out of any U.S. office. This is a non‑remote position.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Assist audit, tax, and advisory teams in developing the scope of work for real‑estate valuation engagements.
Analyze and review the physical and financial characteristics of properties.
Perform site visits to collect data and observe real‑estate properties.
Research and analyze real‑estate markets, economics, public records, and sale and lease data.
Perform independent appraisals of real property for estates, financial planning, lending, litigation, financial reporting, and other intended uses.
Assist audit teams in appraisal reviews of third‑party reports and perform independent validation of values and inputs used in audits.
Attend industry and professional society meetings, conferences, marketing, and recruitment events as necessary.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
2–6 years of experience in real‑estate valuation.
Ability to commute to one of our office locations. Professionals with advanced credentials or professional designations, without supervisory responsibility, may work from anywhere in the nation depending on geographic competency and business line need.
Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe. Familiarity with Argus is a plus but not required.
Senior Associates are expected to be Certified General Appraisers or, at minimum, qualified to sit for the state licensing exam for such.
The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors including the specific role, hiring location, and the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
