Full-Time | W2 Role Overview
We provide all of the leads—no cold calling required. Focus on meeting homeowners, solving problems, and closing contracts. This in-home, outside sales position within the Treasure Valley area requires driving to homeowners’ homes and meeting with them. Responsibilities
Meet with motivated seller leads provided by marketing Build trust and uncover seller motivations Conduct in-home property evaluations throughout Boise and surrounding areas Analyze property condition and investment potential Present purchase options and negotiate contracts Follow up consistently to convert warm leads Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking Meet and exceed monthly revenue and contract goals Qualifications
Must live within daily commuting distance of Boise, ID Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 2+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or commission-based sales experience Strong negotiation and closing skills Comfortable discussing finances and property value Organized, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Competitive mindset with high accountability Willing to seek feedback and continually improve Who this is NOT for
