Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a VP Business / Ag Banker at our East Grand Forks, MN location. The VP Business / Ag Banker will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing financial data, and providing customized lending and financial solutions for agricultural and business clients. Day-to-day tasks will include managing a loan portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations. The role also involves developing strategies to grow the bank’s business and agricultural banking market share in the region.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, market trends, and risk factors

Proficiency in Finance and Business Analysis to develop effective financial solutions

Effective Project Management skills to oversee customer relationships and loan portfolios

Experience in Sales with a focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships

Thorough knowledge of agricultural and business markets, with a focus on rural communities

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred

Experience in commercial or agricultural lending is an advantage
