Leidos is seeking a Senior Growth Lead to oversee business development, capture management, and strategic growth for the Analysis Solutions Business Area within the Intelligence Sector.
Intelligence Solutions supports high‑priority missions across ODNI, DIA, and DTRA, delivering capabilities in all‑source analysis, collection enablement, counterproliferation and threat reduction, critical counterterrorism operations, identity intelligence, and secure enterprise modernization.
The Growth Lead will lead a team of BD professionals and capture managers, ensuring strong pipeline development, disciplined pursuit execution, and exceptional customer engagement. This role requires deep mission familiarity, strong IC/Defense Intelligence relationships, and the ability to drive a high‑performing growth organization aligned with Leidos’ Intelligence Sector strategy.
Top Responsibilities
Lead growth strategy and multi‑year pipeline development aligned with ODNI, DIA, and DTRA priorities.
Oversee all BD and capture activities across the Intel Solutions account portfolio.
Guide capture managers through major pursuits ($100M+), ensuring strong competitive strategies and mission‑aligned solutions.
Strengthen relationships with senior IC and Defense Intelligence leaders.
Partner with P&L, engineering, and solution teams to shape differentiated offerings.
Mentor and mature a team of BD personnel and capture managers.
Mission‑Focused Areas of Responsibility
Intelligence analysis and tradecraft modernization
Data integration, exploitation, and analytic platforms
Intelligence collection and mission enablement
Cloud modernization, secure enterprise operations, and cross‑domain solutions
Counter‑WMD, threat reduction, and counterterrorism intelligence support
Required Background
Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years' relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 13+ years of experience (or equivalent).
Proven leadership overseeing BD and capture teams supporting ODNI, DIA, DTRA, or similar IC/Defense Intelligence missions.
Strong understanding of intelligence workflows, analytic production, collection support, data ecosystems, and/or counterterrorism operations.
Demonstrated success influencing large, complex competitive procurements ($100M+ preferred).
Ability to direct distributed teams and establish accountability and performance discipline.
Excellent communication, customer engagement, and relationship‑building skills.
Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph strongly preferred) or ability to obtain.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $154,050.00 – $278,475.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation.
