In this leadership role, you will oversee complex tax engagements, guide a team of talented professionals, and serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. Responsibilities Oversee complex tax engagements. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals. Act as trusted advisor to a diverse client base. Deliver exceptional client service. Requirements Minimum 7 years of progressive tax experience within a public accounting firm. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required. Strong proficiency in corporate, fiduciary, high-net-worth individual, and partnership taxation. Trust & estates experience a must. Local to Suffolk County, NY only. Compensation: Competitive pay ($150,000–$200,000 per year).
