Full-time | $55,000–$80,000 DOE
Global manufacturer of PET bottle production machinery, providing high-precision equipment and technical support to customers across North America. This role supports in-house molding operations and technical service activities at the Smyrna facility.
Responsibilities
Support molding operations including mold trials, process setup, validation, and optimization.
Troubleshoot and repair machines, molds, and ancillary equipment.
Work with polymer materials and mold design fundamentals.
Maintain records of trials, processes, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and global engineering/support groups.
Assist with equipment preparation, inventory tracking, and shipping readiness.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Troubleshooting and hands‑on equipment experience.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plastics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Additional
Travel: 10–20% (primarily North America, occasional international).
Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
