Superintendent
to join its dynamic team.
This role would be based out of their Dallas, Texas office and cover projects throughout TX. They work on a portfolio of Commercial, Light Industrial, Healthcare & Mission Critical. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations at assigned construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Lead, mentor, and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environment Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site inspections to maintain project momentum and quality standards. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience preferably with mid-scale commercial & financial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+ Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) Willingness to travel within TX as project needs dictate. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
